NYC Restaurants Open for Thanksgiving 2015
Thanksgiving, quite possibly the most work-intensive meal of the year, is just about here. This year, leave the prepping, cooking, and cleaning to someone else, plan to feast without the fuss by making reservations at one of these NYC restaurants:
Michael Jordan's The Steak House NYC - Grand Central Terminal
Price: $53 for Adults & $26 for Children Under 12
Right here in Grand Central Terminal, Michale Jordan’s will be offering a 3 Course Prix Fixe menu along side their a la carte menu. Reservations can be made between 12pm - 9pm.
The Breslin Bar & Dining Room - 20 W 29th St.
Price: $85 per person, $130 with wine pairing
A non-traditional Thanksgiving menu, rather than a turkey you’ll find a more flavorful Cornish rock hen with sourdough stuffing. Seafood lovers can opt for bay scallops and brook trout for their meal. Reservations can be made between 1pm - 10pm.
The Peacock - 24 E 39th St.
Price: $65 for Adults & $ 35 for Children Under 8
Enjoy a 3 Course Prix Fixe menu - starting with butternut squash ravioli, followed by a traditional roast turkey and all the trimmings, and finished with pumpkin pie! All served family style. Reservations can be made between 11am - 7pm.
Pier A Harbor House - 22 Battery Pl
Price: $68 for Adults & $34 for Children Under 12
Head up to the second floor for a 3 Course Prix Fixe Thanksgiving celebration! Main course includes your traditional roasted organic turkey as well as grilled king salmon, braised beef short rib, or roadted venison saddle to choose from. All entrees are served with the typical Turkey day fixings. Reservations can be made between 1pm - 8pm. More of a football fan? Check out the first floor offerings! Order a confit turkey leg with whipped poteotes, cider glaze, and bacon roasted brussels sprouts ($16) or an open faced turkey sandwich on rye with a side of fries ($14) and stay to watch all the NFL games all day!
