In preparation of the iWatch release this October, Apple has hired the sales director of luxury Swiss watch maker TAG Heuer to help promote the new wearable tech. While nothing has been announced yet, it’s likely that Patrick Pruniaux will work with Apple’s sales and marketing teams for the iWatch.

Preseident Jean-Claude Biver, of the watch division at LVMH made the announcement in an interview aired over CNBC that Pruniaux was taking a contract with Apple.
"If the job is great, you should be happy for him. And this is a great job. If he had gone to my direct competitors, I would have felt really betrayed. But if he goes to Apple, I think it's a great experience for him," Biver added when asked how he felt about one of his top men leaving the company. - via Tech Times
This isn’t the first of Apple’s well-known high-end hires, earlier this year Burberry ex-chief executive Angela Ahrendts joined the team as its new head of retail and online sales, and former head of Yves Saint Laurent, Paul Deneve, was hired last year to work on special projects.
