Watches to Watch From CES 2014
Another Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas has come and gone giving us some of the most craziest, forward thinking technology in the industry. In particular, the topic of 'wearables.' There were plenty of smartwatches at CES this year, so we've rounded up a few of our favorite 'watches to watch':
Pebble Steel: Steel, sleek, and available at the end of the month - the Pebble Steel. Pebble takes its original smartwatch up a notch with creating a more stylish, attractive design.
Sapphire Wellness Watch by Wellograph: This watch aims to merge style with powerful fitness tracking and is expected to hit store shelves in April. The watch's aesthetics allow for it to be gym wear as well as a fashion companion during a night out!
Omate TrueSmart: An Android-powered device holds a SIM card allowing for separate use from your phone. Make calls, send emails & SMS, run apps and more!
Filip: While already available, this smart watch for kids and parents made an appearance on the showroom floor. Kids can use the Filip for texting and calling selected phone numbers like 'Mom' or 'Dad.' And the watch can also be used as a child locator by parents through its GPS feature.
Honorable mentions - the Meta Smart Watch, which we've highlighted in an earlier blog post here.
