Central Watch is thrilled to announce our new pick-up and delivery service is now available for our Manhattan customers! We know that sometimes, coming to our store may be difficult with your schedule. So we hope with this new service option, you can make the most of every minute.

How Does It Work?

• Follow this link to request a pick up: http://repair.centralwatch.com/
• You will receive and email estimate within 2 business days.
• We will notify you by email when the repair is complete and a delivery window can be selected.
• Pick-up and delivery are FREE with any accepted repair estimate over $300. There is a $30 fee each way that will be applied to repairs under $300 and estimates that are declined. This covers both transportation and insurance for the full value of the watch.
• Our current delivery zone is 14th-86th Streets, 2nd Avenue - Broadway in Manhattan.
• We do not use a third party courier. All packages are hand delivered by a member of our staff and are fully insured.
