1952 Patek Philippe Platinum Watch for Brad Pitt
As you may know, celebs Brat Pitt and Angelina Jolie officially tied the knot last month in private at their French chateau. Now for a gift sure to stand the test of time, Jolie purchased a 1952 Patek Philippe Platinum Watch for her husband.
According to The Mirror, Jolie even went as far as getting the timepiece engraved - 'To Roly from Nessa' in reference to the characters the newlyweds play in the film By The Sea, which they are currently making in Malta.
This rare Patek Philippe is thought to be purchased for $3 million dollars. Considering last November's Christie’s auction where a similar 1952 Patek Phillipe sold for almost $4 million, a world record for a complication free watch at auction.
