Is a Google Smart Watch on the Horizon?
The rumors are true, Google
is getting in on the wearables game. LG
has given a preview of its ‘G Watch,’ set to launch this July for about $300.
The smart watch will have a square face, and will be based on a notification
system that automatically delivers timely alerts.

According to The
Guardian, ‘With traffic updates
on the device, commuters should be able to see how long the journey to their
workplace will take. People who have booked a taxi could get an alert when the
car is nearby. More exotically, the surfer unloading a board from the back of
the camper van might get an alert on the local jellyfish.’
Google’s
inaugural wrist wearable is compatible with all Android devices and is expected
to eventually arrive in variations from Fossil, Samsung, and Motorola. What
